Lippo Mall Indonesia Retail Trust (LMIRT) (D5IU)

Listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange on 19 November, 2007, Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust's portfolio comprises 16 quality retail malls and 7 master-leased retail spaces within other malls - all strategically located in large urban-middle class population catchment areas in Indonesia.

As at 31 Dec 2012, these properties are located in Indonesia with combined net lettable area (NLA) of 719,695 sq m and has a valuation of approximately S$1.8 billion. 

Top tenants include well known international and domestic retailers and brand names, such as Matahari Department Store, Hypermart, Giant Hypermarket, Centro, Gramedia Bookstore, Ace Hardware, SOGO, Timezone and Studio 21 Cinema.

The Sponsor of LMIR Trust is PT. Lippo Karawaci Tbk, Indonesia's largest listed property company and an internationally recognized corporation with a recognized track record and dominant position within the retail property industry in Indonesia.

Financial year is from 1 Jan to 31 Dec.
