The avocado fruit is packed with vitamins A,C,E,K and B6. Other vitamins include riboflavin, niacin, folate and panthothenic acid. Avocado helps the body to burn fat and keeps the heart healthy. It is also very helpful in preventing rheumatoid and osteo-arthritis. Avocado also helps to reduce signs of aging, regulate blood sugar and promote eye health.
