Anti-Cancer Vegetables

A landmark study pitted 34 common vegetables against 8 different lines of cancer cells.

Some vegetables are good at stopping certain types of cancer cells but are not good at stopping others. So it is best to eat a variety of vegetables daily.

This 9 minute video explains that inclusion of allium and cruciferous vegetables are essential in preventing cancer.

Allium vegetables are garlic, onions, chives and leek while cruciferous vegetables are cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, bok choy and others.
