Longan Fruit And Health Benefits
The longan is sweet and the dried version of this fruit is used for cooking in many Chinese recipes and also as desserts.
Longan has a good amount of vitamins B1 (Thiamin), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin) and C. Longan also has a lot of minerals like iron, potassium, copper, manganese and magnesium.
