Ginger And Health Benefits

The ginger root is pungent, spicy and aromatic. It contains vitamins B6, B5 and many essential nutrients like gingerols which soothe the nerves and improve digestion. It has many other benefits such as getting rid of gas in the body, prevent inflammation, reduce nausea and  relieve migraine.
